The Third Wave Water Classic Profile is a specifically formulated packet of minerals that help your coffee's natural flavours effectively shine while protecting your equipment from mineral scale. With added magnesium for sweetness, calcium for a balanced body and dash of sodium for a smooth finish; Third Wave Water will bring out the optimum flavours in your coffee.
Add a single capsule of Third Wave Water minerals to 4L of distilled water, shake for 5 seconds, let the water clear, then pour into your coffee maker water reservoir and brew your coffee. Each box contains 12 capsules, enough to mineralize 48 Litres of distilled water.
The Classic Profile is the most popular water profile created by Third Wave Water. It contains a unique patent pending mixture of the correct minerals at the right ratios to brew coffee.
Magnesium, Calcium and Sodium are combined using pharmaceutical equipment to ensure a homogenous mixture for every packet.
Use the Classic Profile with most coffee brew methods: drip coffee makers, french press, pour overs, and more.
NOTE: If you are using a professional grade espresso machine, please use the Espresso Profile.
