The Needle Coffee Distributor is a thoughtfully designed tool to enhance your coffee brewing experience and ensure a consistent, even distribution of ground coffee in the portafilter before tamping.
It uses the Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT) that works by breaking up clumps and evenly spreading the coffee grounds. It aims to prevent channeling in the filter basket during extraction, resulting in a more balanced and flavourful espresso.
